1 whole egg
3 egg yokes
12oz evaporated milk
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp ginger
3/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
Directions: Bake pie crust according to pie crust recipe used.
For the filling mix all ingredients and pour into baked pie crust. Bake pie at 325 degree for 60 to 65 minutes Cook for 6 hours until firm
