How to Bake Pumpkin Seeds

In this recipe for “How to Bake Pumpkin Seeds” we used olive oil and garlic salt, but you can also add salt or a little sprinkle of sugar or cinnamon for a sweet snack. If you really want to get crazy you could even add some chocolate chips or drizzle with caramel.

Also, did you know that pumpkin seeds are full of protein, and provide a rich source of fiber. They also have  a type of carbohydrate that prevents constipation and benefits digestive health.
